Throughout the gala, there will be offical photographers taking both still images and video of the events and activity taking place for media and publicity purposes.

It is accepted that anyone who attends the Gala may may have his or her image taken by the the official photographers.

Aerial photography and video will also be taken via a drone- this is licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority and the operator has a licence to fly this class of small drone aircraft.
 

Official photographs and videos will be published on social media and also on the gallery pages of this web site.

If you do not wish your image/s not to be published then please inform the photographer or gala control. However, the Gala organisers have no control over the general public taking photographs or videos and these could be published on social media sites.
